Welcome to My Lending Hands, where compassion meets expertise in post-operative recovery care. I'm Iris, and with over a decade of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through one of the most critical and vulnerable phases—healing after an elective procedure.
Throughout my journey in healthcare, I’ve witnessed the physical and emotional toll recovery can take. These experiences ignited a passion in me—not just to provide care, but to elevate the standard of recovery support. My goal has always been to offer more than just medical assistance; I strive to provide empathy, comfort, and a sense of security in the place where each client feels most at ease.
My path began as a Patient Care Coordinator in a plastic surgeon’s office, where I had the opportunity to hear firsthand the deeply personal reasons people choose to undergo cosmetic procedures. I also saw a recurring issue—many clients lacked someone they could rely on after surgery, or they preferred to keep their recovery private. This inspired me to create a care service that connects individuals with skilled, compassionate professionals who can facilitate their post-operative recovery—whether that’s in the comfort of their home, a hotel, or any location they choose to heal.
Thanks to my CNA background and specialized knowledge of surgical procedures, I was uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between clinical care and personal support. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of recovery needs, refined my skills, and cultivated a heartfelt commitment to being present for my clients during this crucial time.
